Don Steven McDougal has been charged with capital murder who was the main suspect in the Audrii Cunningham murder case.
Audrii Cunningham has been missing from her Livingston since last Thursday. Search was made near Lake Livingston, later on Tuesday her dead body was found in Trinity River.
Audrii Cunningham has been missing since 15 February from her small town. Since An Amber alert was made in Livingston.
Polk County Sherif Byron Lyons Said that the cell phone location confirms that Don Steven McDougal was at the same place where Cunningham’s body was recovered.
Lyons said “My heart aches with this news,”. “I express with my deepest sympathies and condolences to everyone who knew, who cared for and loved Audrii. We will continue to process the evidence that has been gathered to ensure justice for Audrii.”
As news revealed that McDougal criminal minded person had received a three-year sentence in 2003- and four-year sentence in 2010 and recently he has been released from jail.
